Roasted chilli black condiment 100 g

This product is brought directly from the State of Yucatán, México. Roasted Chilli black condiment or "recado negro" seasoning is the main ingredient for the best recipies from Yucatán's kitchen.

Ingredients: Vinegar, water, roasted dried chillies, corn flour, iodized salt, spice mix and sodium benzoate as a preservative.

Instructions for use: For every kilogram of red meat, white meat or fish that you are going to prepare, dissolve 27g of this delicous black condiment  in 3/4 cup of orange juice or vinegar. Cover the meat with the preparation and let it rest for 2 to 24 hours  before cooking.
