4- Order delivery service:
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order, in an estimated period of time of approximately 1-3 working days, depending on destination. Orders will be delivered throughout the day and depending on the route and number of deliveries that the courier company has for that day. If you require an express delivery or at a specific time, please contact us and we will let you know the corresponding extra fee.
By default, every order has a sales receipt inside the package that is equivalent to a simplified invoice. We make available to the user the right to request an expanded paper invoice.
The cost of shipments is NOT included in the price of the products. At the time of confirming the order in the online store, the User will be informed of the exact cost of shipping.
However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the status of the merchandise at the time of receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.

The minimum age of 16 years is established to be able to make purchases on the Tulum Trading Website.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the sum of the weight of each item that makes up the order, so that as more or fewer items are added to the shopping cart, the amount will be automatically adjusted.

Packages are shipped by ground transportation between 24 and 72 hours after your payment is verified.
Shipments to the Canary Islands include € 28 of payments at Customs. You will also have a payment at the customs collection.
On Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, orders are not processed.
If you need an urgent shipment in less than 24 hours or to arrive on a Saturday, please contact us first and we will tell you the price of this service.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping, with the highest standards that guarantee the transport of food in optimal conditions for consumption.
Please keep in mind that it is very difficult to send products at a certain time of the day, since the delivery of packages depends on the number of deliveries and the route that the transport company has. For a better service it is recommended to choose a delivery address where there is someone during the day to receive the package. We are very grateful if you let us know in advance if there will be a public holiday in your area in the days following your order.

Returns and cancellations policy
Our policy, complying with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, is to grant the customer the right to return the items purchased in Tulum Trading SL within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
However, in no case may goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly be returned, in this case the refrigerated and / or perishable products would be, according to article 103 of the new law.
The term of return of the amounts paid in case of withdrawal will be 14 calendar days.
It is not necessary to provide any explanation, any item, purchased from Tulum Trading S.L., returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado. In case of complete withdrawal of the order, where the product purchased is non-perishable, the costs of delivery of the product will also be refunded (unless the consumer has chosen some more expensive special delivery method), and the expenses will be borne by the buyer derived from the return of said product.
At Tulum Trading S.L. All payments received from the consumer and user, including, where appropriate, delivery costs, will be reimbursed without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the decision to withdrawal of the consumer and user contract, in accordance with article 106.
If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Tulum Trading S.L. will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping or return costs.

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the merchandise, the client will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been placed, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs for this same order, previously requested by email to send the information of the request, with its corresponding order number and the reasons for the cancellation.
