1- General:
These general conditions of sale strictly apply to all sales of products made in the Spanish peninsula and European countries by Tulum Trading S.L., intended for individuals.
Any order made to Tulum Trading S.L. necessarily implies as an essential, determining and essential condition, the acceptance without reservation by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of Tulum Trading S.L. valid on the day the corresponding order is made. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by Tulum Trading SL. The fact that Tulum Trading SL does not resort at any given time to any of these conditions can not be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to renouncing to resort to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.
2- Product:
The offers presented by Tulum Trading S.L. they are valid within the limit of available stocks. Tulum Trading S.L. reserves the right to change the product assortment based on interaction with its suppliers.
The images and characteristics correspond to the products actually exhibited. The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products proposed for sale are for guidance only and do not in any way bind the seller Tulum Trading S.L ..
3- Prices:
The prices published in Tulum Trading S.L. They are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT, applicable on the day of the order, any change in VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale at Tulum Trading S.L.
Offers on products for sale at Tulum Trading S.L. they will be shown in the “Offers” section or it will be indicated in the product sheet and if not indicated otherwise, they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.
4- Order delivery service:
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order, in an estimated period of time of approximately 1-3 working days, depending on destination. Orders will be delivered throughout the day and depending on the route and number of deliveries that the courier company has for that day. If you require an express delivery or at a specific time, please contact us and we will let you know the corresponding extra fee.
By default, every order has a sales receipt inside the package that is equivalent to a simplified invoice. We make available to the user the right to request an expanded paper invoice.
The cost of shipments is NOT included in the price of the products. At the time of confirming the order in the online store, the User will be informed of the exact cost of shipping.
However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the status of the merchandise at the time of receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.
At Tulum Trading S.L. We are not responsible for the breach of the contract signed in case of force majeure, floods and fires, unavailability of the product, interruption of activity, due to total or partial strike of the sector or of the postal services, means of transport and communications.
We recommend that to consolidate your purchases you do so in a single order. If it is done in two different orders, you must pay shipping costs for each one.
5 - Age:
The minimum age of 16 years is established to be able to make purchases on the Tulum Trading Website.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the sum of the weight of each item that makes up the order, so that as more or fewer items are added to the shopping cart, the amount will be automatically adjusted.
For shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands please contact us first.
Packages are shipped by ground transportation between 24 and 72 hours after your payment is verified.
Shipments to the Canary Islands include € 28 of payments at Customs. You will also have a payment at the customs collection.
On Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, orders are not processed.
If you need an urgent shipment in less than 24 hours or to arrive on a Saturday, please contact us first and we will tell you the price of this service.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping, with the highest standards that guarantee the transport of food in optimal conditions for consumption.
Please keep in mind that it is very difficult to send products at a certain time of the day, since the delivery of packages depends on the number of deliveries and the route that the transport company has. For a better service it is recommended to choose a delivery address where there is someone during the day to receive the package. We are very grateful if you let us know in advance if there will be a public holiday in your area in the days following your order.
Shipping rates do not include taxes, which will be calculated in the final processing of the shipment before payment.

Returns and cancellations policy
Returned goods:
Our policy, complying with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, is to grant the customer the right to return the items purchased in Tulum Trading SL within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
However, in no case may goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly be returned, in this case the refrigerated and / or perishable products would be, according to article 103 of the new law.
The term of return of the amounts paid in case of withdrawal will be 14 calendar days.
It is not necessary to provide any explanation, any item, purchased from Tulum Trading S.L., returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado. In case of complete withdrawal of the order, where the product purchased is non-perishable, the costs of delivery of the product will also be refunded (unless the consumer has chosen some more expensive special delivery method), and the expenses will be borne by the buyer derived from the return of said product.
At Tulum Trading S.L. All payments received from the consumer and user, including, where appropriate, delivery costs, will be reimbursed without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the decision to withdrawal of the consumer and user contract, in accordance with article 106.
If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Tulum Trading S.L. will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping or return costs.
Always before making the return, you must notify the Customer Service department. The Product must be sent to our address. For any incident or claim, the User may send an email to the address order@latiendamexicana.es
Cancel order
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the merchandise, the client will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been placed, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs for this same order, previously requested by email to send the information of the request, with its corresponding order number and the reasons for the cancellation.
