Returns and cancellations policy
Our policy, complying with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, is to grant the customer the right to return the items purchased in Tulum Trading SL within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
However, in no case may goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly be returned, in this case the refrigerated and / or perishable products would be, according to article 103 of the new law.
The term of return of the amounts paid in case of withdrawal will be 14 calendar days.
It is not necessary to provide any explanation, any item, purchased from Tulum Trading S.L., returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado. In case of complete withdrawal of the order, where the product purchased is non-perishable, the costs of delivery of the product will also be refunded (unless the consumer has chosen some more expensive special delivery method), and the expenses will be borne by the buyer derived from the return of said product.
At Tulum Trading S.L. All payments received from the consumer and user, including, where appropriate, delivery costs, will be reimbursed without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the decision to withdrawal of the consumer and user contract, in accordance with article 106.
If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Tulum Trading S.L. will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping or return costs.
Always before making the return, you must notify the Customer Service department. The Product must be sent to our address. For any incident or claim, the User may send an email to the address email@example.com.
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the merchandise, the client will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been placed, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs for this same order, previously requested by email to send the information of the request, with its corresponding order number and the reasons for the cancellation.
